Trust & Verification

How PrimeView helps you make informed property decisions.

Listing badges

Verified and Featured — what each badge means

Not every listing on PrimeView is the same. Badges help you see how a property entered the platform and how much of it PrimeView has personally captured.

Verified Listings

A property receives the Verified badge only when PrimeView has physically visited the property and created an official PrimeView 360° virtual tour.

Verification confirms that:

  • the property was physically inspected by PrimeView
  • the images match the actual property
  • the virtual tour was captured by PrimeView
  • users can explore the property remotely before visiting

Verification does not guarantee:

  • future availability
  • price stability
  • ownership
  • legal documentation
  • agreements between buyers and sellers

Trust process

The PrimeView Trust Process

From listing to Verified badge, every step is designed to connect what you see online with what exists on the ground.

  1. Property submitted

An agent, developer, or owner lists a property on PrimeView.

  2. PrimeView reviews listing

We check the basics so the listing is clear and ready for capture.

  3. Property captured in 360°

Our team visits in person and creates an official PrimeView virtual tour.

  4. Quality review

We review coverage, clarity, and scene flow before publishing the tour.

  5. Verified badge awarded

The listing earns the Verified badge and becomes a Verified Listing.

Practical guidance

Using PrimeView with confidence

Why 360° tours matter

Still photos can hide layout, lighting, and flow. A PrimeView 360° tour lets you walk room to room, check proportions, and understand the space before you travel.

How PrimeView reduces surprises

Verification means we were on site. The tour you see is the property we captured — so you can shortlist with fewer wasted visits and clearer expectations.

How you should still perform due diligence

Use PrimeView to explore confidently, then confirm price, title, documents, and agreements through the right professionals before you pay or sign.

How to report suspicious listings

If something feels off — mismatched photos, pressure to pay hastily, or details that do not add up — contact PrimeView with the listing link and we will review it.

How agents can request verification

List the property, then book a virtual tour. Once we capture and approve the 360° experience, eligible listings receive the Verified badge.
