PrimeView is a Nigerian property discovery platform. We help people explore homes, rentals, shortlets, and businesses through immersive 360° virtual tours before they visit in person.

PrimeView operates as a marketplace. We connect buyers, renters, guests, agents, developers, and business owners. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, PrimeView does not own the properties shown on the platform. Listings are submitted by agents, developers, or property owners.

2. Verified vs Featured listings

PrimeView marks listings in two important ways. This affects trust on the platform, but it does not change how we protect your personal data.

When you leave PrimeView to use WhatsApp, Google, or a payment provider, their own privacy terms also apply.

PrimeView is intended for adults exploring property and business spaces. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PrimeView grows. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
