1. PrimeView is a marketplace
PrimeView is a Nigerian property discovery platform focused on transparency through immersive virtual experiences. We help people browse properties for sale, rentals, shortlets, and businesses with 360° virtual tours before visiting physically.
PrimeView is a marketplace connecting buyers, renters, guests, agents, developers, and business owners. PrimeView itself does not own the listed properties unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Listings are submitted by agents, developers, or property owners.
2. Verified and Featured listings
Verified
A property only receives the Verified badge if PrimeView has personally visited the property and created an official PrimeView 360° virtual tour. Verified means the property has been physically captured by PrimeView.
Featured
Listings that have not yet been captured by PrimeView may still appear and are marked Featured. PrimeView does not guarantee the accuracy of Featured listings.
3. Information may change
Property details, photos, descriptions, amenities, and status can change after a listing is published. Prices and availability may change without immediate notice on the platform. Users should verify important information with the listing contact before completing any transaction, deposit, or visit.
4. Virtual tours
Virtual tours represent the property as it appeared when captured. Spaces can be renovated, re-furnished, damaged, or otherwise altered afterward. A tour is a powerful way to explore layout and atmosphere, but it is not a substitute for your own due diligence, physical inspection where appropriate, or professional advice.
5. Agreements between users and third parties
PrimeView is not a party to sale, rental, shortlet, or agency agreements entered into directly between users and third-party agents, developers, or property owners — unless PrimeView expressly agrees in writing to be a party to that specific arrangement.
PrimeView is not liable for the outcome of those private agreements, including payment disputes, failed viewings, misrepresentation by third parties, or changes to a property after a tour was captured.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, PrimeView is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on marketplace content, Featured listing inaccuracies, third-party communications, or decisions made solely on the basis of online information or virtual tours.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
