1. Platform purpose

PrimeView is a Nigerian marketplace for discovering properties and businesses through transparent, immersive experiences. On PrimeView you can browse properties for sale, rentals, shortlets, and businesses with 360° virtual tours — so you can explore a space before visiting physically.

PrimeView connects buyers, renters, guests, agents, developers, and business owners. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, PrimeView does not own the listed properties. Listings are submitted by agents, developers, or property owners.

By using PrimeView you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. User responsibilities

When you browse, save favourites, contact agents, book tours, or create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details secure
• Use PrimeView for lawful property discovery and related enquiries only
• Treat agents, owners, and other users respectfully
• Not scrape, copy, or misuse listing content or virtual tours without permission
• Not attempt to disrupt the website, accounts, or tour media

4. Agent and listing partner responsibilities

Agents, developers, and owners who create listings, upload photos, manage properties, receive enquiries, or promote listings on PrimeView agree to:

• Submit only properties or businesses they are authorised to represent
• Keep listing details as accurate and current as possible
• Respond to genuine enquiries in good faith
• Not publish misleading prices, photos, availability, or ownership claims
• Respect PrimeView branding, tour media, and platform rules

PrimeView may edit, pause, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or harmful to users.

5. Listing accuracy

Listing information — including price, availability, amenities, and description — can change after publication. Featured listings in particular may rely on information supplied by third parties. Users should confirm key facts directly with the listing contact before making decisions.

6. Virtual tours and intellectual property

Official PrimeView 360° virtual tours created by our team are part of PrimeView’s content and brand experience. You may view tours on the platform for personal discovery. You may not download, rehost, resell, or claim ownership of PrimeView tour media without written permission.

Photos and materials uploaded by agents remain their responsibility. By uploading, they confirm they have the rights needed to publish that content on PrimeView and grant PrimeView a licence to display it for marketplace purposes.

The PrimeView name, logo, site design, and original platform content are protected. Do not copy or imitate them in a way that confuses the public.

7. Acceptable use and fraud prevention

You must not use PrimeView to:

• Post fake listings or impersonate another person or agency
• Collect personal data from users for spam or unrelated marketing
• Bypass security, scrape the site at scale, or attack the service
• Promote illegal activity or discriminatory practices

We may investigate suspicious behaviour and take action to protect the marketplace.

8. Listing removal and account suspension

PrimeView may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these terms, harm trust on the platform, or create legal risk. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the decision.

10. Third-party links and services

PrimeView may link to WhatsApp chats, maps, social profiles, or other external tools. Those services are controlled by their own providers. PrimeView is not responsible for their content or practices.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as PrimeView evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of PrimeView, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
